Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a body-oriented approach that helps you release built-up stress and energy from past experiences by completing the body's natural responses to danger. SE enhances nervous system regulation, which may help you foster a sense of safety in connecting with your body and develop a profound sense of inner stability and trust. SE is not psychotherapy.
