My Story
After losing my mother to breast cancer when I was 27, I have been on a journey of cultivating practices that help me process grief, feel embodied, and soothe my nervous system. My passion in this lifetime is to share these practices with the world.
By using body-based techniques in our work together, I can assist you in improving nervous system regulation. This may help you foster a sense of safety in connecting with your body and develop a profound sense of inner stability and trust. With my personal experience in dealing with addiction and grief, I can support you through these often daunting and lonely challenges.
I'm currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Somatic Psychology to study somatic practices to bring embodiment and wholeness to those who are in the end of life process. If you have a terminal illness, are aging, or are just wanting to feel more comfortable with the idea of death, I would love to work with you.
